Always Trust Your Gut

Always trust your gut. If it feels right for you, it is right for you.

Backstory…

My last few months in Illinois I was out on a group trail run. A runner I'd just met said, "Colorado? Why would you want to move there? It's so played out." For a moment my joy diminished. Was this true? Was Colorado played out, and was I just another sucker falling for it? Fast forward nearly 7 years. Not only did I meet the love of my life shortly after arriving here, but we spend a good deal of our time enjoying outdoor adventures together. In fact, we work 4 days so that we can play for 3. So looking back, maybe this dude was right...I moved to a place where I get to play...outside. A lot. Seems like a win to me! Trust yourself and listen to your OWN voice...not anyone else's.

A Few Words to Leave You With

And if you're looking to deepen your own connections or navigate the complexities of personal relationships, relationship coaching can help you trust yourself and show up more fully—whether you're on the trail or at home.
