At Living Color Healing, we support residents of Erie, Colorado who are ready to move beyond simply surviving and into a fuller, more vibrant life. If you’re facing challenges like substance use, sex addiction, love addiction, or relationship struggles—or you’re feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you—we’re here to help. We also work with clients navigating grey area drinking, helping you clarify your relationship with alcohol and move toward greater balance and well-being.

Our client-centered coaching draws from Somatic Experiencing® and an Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed perspective. These approaches allow us to gently explore the unconscious beliefs and survival strategies that may be keeping you in cycles of pain, disconnection, or self-doubt. Whether you're looking to heal from addictive behaviors or strengthen your relationships, you don’t have to go it alone.

In addition to individual coaching, we offer group support to help you deepen your recovery and create meaningful change. Recovery and Wellness Outings are designed to build connection and joy in everyday life, while Next Steps Recovery provides structured guidance for those transitioning out of treatment and into long-term healing.

We offer in-person coaching in Boulder and online coaching to clients in Erie and across Colorado .
